Schnell war klar, dass ich den grossen Tag von Alexandra und Philip begleiten darf.
An ihrem grossen Tag im September gab es jedoch im Salzburger Land einen massiven Kälteeinbruch und der Schnee ragte fast bis ins Tal – sehr ungewöhnlich für diese Jahreszeit; der Himmel war zwar blau und die Sonne mit ihren wärmenden Strahlen gab ihr Bestes – auf der Steinbockalm auf 1600 Meter Höhe war es dennoch sehr “frisch” und beim Brautpaarshooting hatte es gerade mal 5 Grad. Die freie Trauung mit Traurednerin Daniela fand direkt bei der kleinen Kapelle auf der Steinbockalm statt. Auch hier war alles traumhaft schön vorbereitet und geschmückt. Nachdem Alexandra mit dem Oldtimer vorgefahren wurde und Philip sie zum ersten Mal sah (First Look) – schritt sie mit ihrem Papa zum Altar. Im Anschluss durfte die Hochzeitsgesellschaft das frisch gebackene Brautpaar auf der Terrasse mit atemberaubenden Bergpanorama beglückwünschen.
Der rustikale und dennoch moderne Charme der Steinbockalm am Hochkönig ist eine perfekte Hochzeits Location für Bergliebhaber. Auch wenn die Beiden mit dem Wetter leider etwas Pech hatten, so war die Party eine große Sause und von Enttäuschung keine Spur. Auch der DJ heizte den Gästen noch zusätzlich ein…

A mountain wedding on the Steinbockalm in the Salzburger Land – when Alexandra wrote to me asking if I would like to come to Maria Alm, the answer was clear to me from the start. A wedding on an alp sounds simply dreamlike and idyllic. As a native of Salzburg, I am simply in love with the mountains.
It was soon clear that I would be able to accompany Alexandra and Philip on their big day.
On their big day in September, however, there was a massive cold snap in the province of Salzburg and the snow almost reached the valley – very unusual for this time of year; although the sky was blue and the sun with its warming rays did its best – it was still very “fresh” at the Steinbockalm at 1600 metres above sea level and it was just 5 degrees during the bridal couple shoot. The free wedding ceremony with wedding speaker Daniela took place directly at the small chapel on the Steinbockalm. Here, too, everything was beautifully prepared and decorated. After Alexandra was driven up in the vintage car and Philip saw her for the first time (First Look) – she walked down the aisle with her dad. Afterwards, the wedding party was allowed to congratulate the newlyweds on the terrace with a breathtaking mountain panorama.
The rustic yet modern charm of the Steinbockalm on the Hochkönig is a perfect wedding location for mountain lovers. Even though they were a bit unlucky with the weather, the party was a great party and there was no sign of disappointment. The DJ also got the guests going…
